Dormitory
Based on the plans and visual materials, we created the perforated sheet cladding and structural elements in 3D, which we then overlaid onto the camera shots. This provided a more detailed showcase of the entire facade and its underlying structural components to the client.
Hospital
The construction of the slab to slab system, as well as its details, were presented in the form of an animation, starting from the first frames in the meeting room of the FDB office. What we dreamed up on the drawing board could be built in reality down to the last screw according to the model.

The most important goal was to realistically depict the building, focusing on the facade materials that can showcase the entire building. All this was achieved with detailed shadow work and various camera movements.
Apartment building
For building the environment 2D floor plans were available. We supplemented this with elements of the Google Map terrain map. The client's goal with visualization was to realistically depict the building, making the future owners able to tour the residential park, which is still in the construction phase.
Headquarters
The realistic modeling of the expanded metal sheet running across the façade, illustrating the visual effects of the future greenwall on the cladding. This includes the construction of the surrounding environment, the modeling of unique objects (garden toys) in harmony with the pergola. Walkability and development in multiple variations were important considerations.
